VP STUDIO CLIENT AGREEMENT
Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and/or accessing any VP Studio service, program, or platform, you (Client) agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement governs your use of all VP Studio materials, systems, frameworks, and services.
Nature of Services

VP Studio provides structured frameworks, assessments, and guided sessions designed to support voice development, communication alignment, presence calibration, and identity-level expression. All services are developmental and educational in nature.
Intellectual Property

All materials provided through VP Studio including frameworks, methodologies, language systems, documents, assessments, and session structures are the exclusive intellectual property of VP Studio and its founder.
Permitted Use

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal development and apply frameworks to their own communication and presence.
VP Studio systems are considered proprietary architecture. Clients agree not to disclose, replicate, or reverse-engineer internal frameworks and methodologies.

VP Studio services are not medical, psychological, or legal advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Governing Principle

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials; teach or repurpose VP Studio systems; create derivative systems; or share proprietary materials publicly or privately.
Client acknowledges that results depend on participation and application. VP Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes, and engagement requires personal responsibility and effort.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Access to services and materials is granted upon payment and agreement acceptance.
VP Studio reserves the right to revoke access or terminate services if terms are violated.
VP Studio may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
By entering VP Studio, the Client acknowledges that this is a structured system for voice and presence development, and access is granted under the protection of its intellectual architecture.
