The Founder Behind VP Studio
I help people communicate with clarity, lead with confidence, and build stronger connections without losing their authentic voice.
My approach grew from a pattern I had been observing throughout my life.
Across the military, ministry, corporate leadership, speaking, and personal relationships, I noticed something fascinating: people could enter the same room, encounter the same situation, and walk away with entirely different understandings of what happened.
Eventually, I began asking a different question: What if those differences aren't random?
That question led me to identify five natural ways people connect with the world, recognize what matters, and contribute their unique strengths. Today, we call them the Five Connection Types.
That discovery became a foundation of the work we do at Voice & Presence Studio.
Rather than teaching people to imitate someone else's communication style, we help them recognize their natural strengths, develop the skills to express themselves effectively, and understand how to connect with people who see the world differently.
