Who VP Studio is for
VP Studio is for people who want to understand how they are naturally designed to connect, add value, and build relationships.
You may be a leader, creator, entrepreneur, speaker, or professional —or someone simply trying to understand why you come alive in certain environments, but can’t seem to reproduce that effect in others.
You already have a way of meeting the world that you haven’t yet recognized.
It drives the things you notice instinctively, the contributions you make as second nature, and the environments in which your natural talents seem to click. Those patterns all emerge from your relational orientation—the natural vantage point from which you connect with the world around you.
Your Connection Type gives that orientation a name.
At VP Studio, we help you recognize that orientation and learn to align with it, regardless of the environment you’re in.
That recognition creates new possibilities:
Make decisions with greater awareness of what aligns with you.
Carry your contribution across relationships, careers, leadership roles, and changing seasons without losing yourself.
Develop the range to recognize and relate more intelligently with people who stand somewhere else.
This is relational intelligence: knowing where you stand, recognizing where others stand, and learning how to build with the difference.
You don't need to manufacture a more valuable version of yourself. You need to recognize what is already yours and learn to carry it with intention.
The Founder Behind VP Studio
Bruce Fullah | Founder & CEO
I help people recognize how they naturally connect, what they contribute from that place, and how to build more intelligently with people who see the world differently.
This work grew from a pattern I had been observing throughout my life.
Across leadership, relationships, speaking, ministry, the military, and corporate environments, I kept seeing people enter the same rooms, encounter the same situations, and notice entirely different things.
Eventually, I began asking a different question:
What if those differences aren't random?
That question led me to identify five distinct relational orientations—five natural vantage points from which people create connection and contribute value.
Today, we call them the Five Connection Types.
That discovery became the foundation of Connection Architecture and the work we do at VP Studio.
We help people recognize where they naturally stand, develop what they already bring, and build greater relational intelligence—the ability to recognize and work with perspectives beyond their own.
For me, this work isn't about teaching people to become more like someone else.
It's about helping people recognize what has been expressing itself through them all along—and giving them the language to own it.
